25 years of Panos Pictures -a conversation at the Frontline Club

We celebratedd 25 years of Panos Pictures at the Frontline Club in London on Wednesday, 25 April 2012 with a special conversation with Adrian Evans, director of Panos Pictures and Panos photographers Chloe Dewe Mathews and Andrew Testa. The talk was chaired by Paul Lowe, Panos photographers and course leader of the MA in Photojournalism at the London College of Communication.

Andrew has been a member of Panos since 1999 after freelancing for the Guardian and Observer since the early 90s. He made a name for himself covering the various crises and wars in the Balkans and has collected an impressive array of awards including three World Press Photo prizes.

Chloe is one of Panos’ newest members, joining the agency in 2011. Her long term project on the Caspian Sea won her the British Journal of Photography International Photography Award.

Thank you very much to everyone for coming and for making the discussion so interesting and inspiring.
