Panos Pictures at Visa pour l’Image in Perpignan, France

The annual Visa pour l’Image photo festival will be taking place from 2 until 17 September 2017 in Perpignan, France.

Michael Regnier and Paula James will be at the festival from Wednesday, 6th September until Saturday, 9th September.
