Adam Patterson

Oanh, a young woman in Vietnam, needs regular dialysis but can’t pay for the treatment from her meagre salary as a tea seller. While a tiny minority of people have become rich in the country, the gulf between them and the majority of the population who are trapped in poverty is widening.
