Robin Hammond has won the First Place in the Portrait Series section at this year’s Pictures of the Year (POY) awards given by the Reynolds Journalism Institute at the Missouri School of Journalism with Where Love Is Illegal, his ground-breaking work on the lives of LGBTQI people across the world.
